Refund policy

At Ihum, we are committed to delivering premium quality supplements and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene and safety standards, specific return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
• The product must be in resellable condition
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products, including capsules, gummies, powders, or any consumable items.

This applies to all Ihum products, including bundles and subscription orders.


2. Non Returnable Items

The following items are non refundable and non returnable:

• Opened supplement products
• Opened gummy products
• Products with broken safety seals
• Sale items or discounted products
• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

For sale items, refunds are not available. In certain cases, we may offer store credit or an alternative product at our discretion.


3. Return Shipping

Ihum provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team first at:

Do not return products without approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days
• Shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue was caused by Ihum
• Partial refunds may be issued where applicable

Ihum reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned products do not meet our return conditions.


5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


6. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Subscription products remain subject to the same return and hygiene conditions outlined in this policy.


7. Bundles and Promotional Offers

Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer must be returned together in unopened condition where applicable.

Partial returns of bundles may result in adjusted refund amounts based on standard product pricing.


8. Health & Results Disclaimer

Ihum products are designed to support general wellness and performance.

Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, nutrition, consistency, body composition, and other personal factors.

Ihum does not guarantee specific results from the use of any supplement product.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless explicitly stated in accordance with applicable laws.


9. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

To protect our customers and business from abuse, Ihum reserves the right to:

• Refuse suspicious return requests
• Deny refunds in cases of policy abuse
• Limit repeated refund claims
• Request additional verification where necessary

Returns that violate this policy may be rejected.


10. EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable European consumer protection laws.

Please note that due to hygiene and health protection regulations, sealed consumable products that have been opened after delivery may legally be excluded from withdrawal rights.
